EQT Real Estate and STAM Europe sales a real estate asset to CNP

A joint venture between one of the largest North European investment funds, EQT Real Estate, a fund managed by Metropolitan Real Estate and STAM Europe sold to AEW, which was acting on behalf of CNP Assurances, a building located rue Lauriston, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. This building, consisting of offices and representing a space of 5,800 sqm, is currently undergoing renovations. Once these renovations completed, it will become the new French headquarters of the IT leader Adobe.
