Launch of Anozys Reim, a new AIFM approved management company

Anozys Reim, a portofolio management company based in Paris was assisted by DUHAMEL in the context of obtaining its authorization from the French financial markets authority.

Anozys Reim was approved by the French financial marketd autority on September 8, 2020 for the management of alternative real estate investment funds open to both professional and non-professional investors.

The company relies on the expertise of its chairman, Stephen Bazire, acquired in various property management companies, and his team’s extensive experience in property management.

Anozys Reim aims to launch two real estate investment companies (SCPI) in the short term.

Anozys Reim is a subsidiary of Angelys Group.
