Partnership between SwissLife and MAPFRE through the real estate fund SL MAP FRENCH FUND

MAPFRE, an international insurance company from Spain, together with SwissLife Asset Manager, which covers the asset management activities of the SwissLife group, have launched a French real estate fund (an “organisme de placement collectif immobilier” or “OPCI”).

Managed by SwissLife REIM, and having benefitted of an initial investment of 75 million euros comprised of two haussmanian buildings located in Paris CBD, this fund will invest in prime offices in the main French cities by 2020.
