Private Equity: Mirabaud Asset Management creates its first investment fund

While launching its Private Equity activity on the French market, Mirabaud Asset Management was accompanied by DUHAMEL for its first investment fund creation.

The Private Equity Investment Fund Mirabaud Living Heritage is dedicated to companies holding an expertise in the Living Heritage, the Luxury and the “Lifestyle” domains. The fund has already collected 50 M€. The second and last closing of this new vehicle is planned end of year for a 150 M€ total amount.

This fund is managed by Luc-Alban Chermette, Private Equity experienced professional, and Renaud Dutreil, the former French Minister (2002-2007) for SMEs, the consumption and the liberal professions, and the former President of LVMH in the United States.

Jérémie Duhamel, Partner in charge of Investment Funds & Financial Services Practice, intervened on all the legal aspects of the investment fund structuring.

Mirabaud Asset Management has also been advised by King & Spalding (Aurélia de Viry) on the tax law aspects.
