STAM France IM structure a real estate fund for German investors

STAM France IM has recently structured a French real estate fund (an “organisme de placement collectif immobilier” or “OPCI”) entitled OPERA with an initial fund-raising of 84 million euros thanks to seven German institutional investors. This real estate fund OPERA has rapidly realized its first acquisition, two haussmanian buildings located in the 17th district of Paris.

Managed by STAM France IM, the real estate portfolio of this OPERA fund shall be developed in Parisian residential property. It is also established that the fund will open its capital to other institutional investors in order to reach a capacity of investment of 400 million euros.
